Mulled Wine Oak Culinary Smoking Fuel Wood Chips uses shavings from aged wine barrels and mulling spices consisting of cinnamon, cloves, star anise, peppercorn, and orange zest to add the taste of winter to Hot Toddies, wine, whiskey, or scotch. It features notes of traditional oak smoke flavor with fruits, flowers, herbs, spices, and earthy characteristics. These wood chips come in a 4 oz tin.
