Local Pickup FAQs

What is Local Pickup?

Our Local Pickup service allows you to order items from KegWorks.com and pick them up at our warehouse. If you are located within 100 miles of our warehouse in Buffalo, NY, look for free Local Pickup as an available shipping method.

To place an order for Local Pickup:

  • Add Local Pickup-eligible items to your cart. (Items that are made to order, personalized items, items that ship directly from the vendor, and/or items that ship via freight are not eligible for Local Pickup.)
  • At checkout, select Local Pickup as your shipping method and submit order.
  • Wait until you receive a pickup notification email before you go to our warehouse to pick up your item.
  • Follow the signs to the Local Pickup location at our warehouse.
  • Pickup location details will be included in your confirmation email.

A note for our Canadian customers: Local Pickup orders can only be placed over the phone at this time. To place an order for Local Pickup, please call our Customer Care team at 716-856-9675. They are available from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Local Pickup hours still apply.

Why is Local Pickup not showing as a shipping option?

Local Pickup is only available if the shipping address you enter in the cart is located within 100 miles of our warehouse in Buffalo, NY. If your shipping address is not located within the Local Pickup radius but you are planning to be in the area, please contact KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673 or email customercare@kegworks.com so that we can arrange to have your order ready for pickup.

If your cart includes items that are made to order, personalized items, items that ship directly from the vendor, and/or items that ship via freight, your order is not eligible for Local Pickup.

When can I pick up my Local Pickup order?

  • When your order is ready, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email.
  • Local Pickup Hours are from 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • Your order will be held for 30 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 30 days, we’ll cancel the order and you will be refunded, less a 15% restocking fee. If you need to extend your pickup window call KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673 or email customercare@kegworks.com. You must do this before the end of your initial pickup window.

Where do I pick up my Local Pickup order?

Our warehouse is located at 1460 Military Road, Kenmore, NY 14217.

  • Follow the signs directing you to the Local Pickup location.
  • Ring the buzzer at the door and give us a few moments to answer.
  • Present your order confirmation email or order ID and a friendly KegWorks employee will get your order.

What do I need to bring to pick up my Local Pickup order?

Please present your confirmation email (on your mobile device or hard copy) or the order ID number.

Can I have someone else pick up my Local Pickup items?

Yes! Just make sure they have a copy of the order confirmation email or the order ID number.

Can I receive order status notifications for my Local Pickup item?

You will automatically receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

When will I be charged for my Local Pickup order?

We charge your method of payment at the time the order is placed.

Your order will be held for 30 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 30 days, we’ll cancel the order and you will be refunded, less a 15% restocking fee. If you need to extend your pickup window, call KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673 or email customercare@kegworks.com. You must do this before the end of your initial pickup window.

Where's the receipt for my Local Pickup item?

Your order confirmation serves as the receipt for your Local Pickup order. If you need a copy of your invoice, call KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673 or email customercare@kegworks.com

Can I cancel my Local Pickup order?

Pickup orders can be canceled by calling KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673, by emailing customercare@kegworks.com, or by not picking up the order within the 30-day pickup window. If your order is cancelled because you did not pick up the order within the 30-day pickup window, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I add items or change my order?

Order changes can be made before the order is ready for pickup by contacting KegWorks Customer Care at 877-636-3673 or email customercare@kegworks.com.

Please note: Changes to your order CANNOT be made at the time of pickup.

Can I apply discounts or promotions to my Local Pickup items?

Yes! You can apply any eligible discount or promotion when you check out on KegWorks.com

How do I return my Local Pickup items?

  • You may request a return for Local Pickup items within 45 days of pickup.
  • To return a Local Pickup item, you must first be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To request an RAN, contact KegWorks Customer Care at 877-636-3673 or email customercare@kegworks.com.
  • You may either ship the item back to our warehouse at your expense or drop the items off at our warehouse during Local Pickup hours (9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday). We ask that you send or drop off the items within 30 days of receiving the RAN.
  • You will be refunded in your original form of payment once the return has been processed. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 7 business days.
