I would recommend this product over any other pump or system - the only other thing to improve it would be using a longer shaft or using a auto shut off on the tap head... Such a great Product that I’m going to use these for all my beer events now!!!Makes it like I’m poring beer at the Brewery - Love this product!

Hope it gets here on time, Cinco de Mayo!Rodney A on Apr 30, 2018Need to have parts for temporary kegTracy W on Jun 16, 2017What is the ID of the Rod? What would you recommend the serving pressure to be to make a nice pour? If this thing is only a foot or so tall I imagine the dispensing pressure will be very low (~5 PSI?)BEST ANSWER: I cannot tell the actual ID of the rod but the end cap opening that sits on top of the Sankey coupler is 3/16ths inch. I used mine recently and as you guessed, the pressure requirement is very low. I would say that 5 PSI might be a bit high. Here is the thing...the dissolved CO2 in the beer probably will generate 5-7 psi within the keg as it sits in the cooler. If you keep the keg at a lower pressure for an extended period of time, your beer is actually losing carbonation because the lower headspace pressure in the keg allows CO2 to come out of solution. Absolutely not a big deal if you are only serving for a couple hours. My advice would be to ensure you repressurize the head space above your beer before [if] it is going back into cold storage. Very happy with this product.

Can this be used on top of a keg?BEST ANSWER: The rod and faucet is primarily sold as a replacement part, or if you already have the additional items needed to dispense directly from the keg. I've attached our complete kits below if you need the additional components to dispense. Cheers!- Reply
