Using a pump tank to clean the lines in our Kegerator is a "pain"! I ordered this cleaning kit because it has a pressurized line cleaner. Hopefully this will be easier.

BEST ANSWER: The cap you need depends on the coupler type you have. If you're not sure what type of coupler you have, check out our keg coupler guide. It includes pictures of the bottom of the coupler to help you identify the coupler type. The most common type of coupler for domestic beer kegs is a D-System coupler which is included with this cleaning system.

What do I fill it with? How does it work?

    BEST ANSWER: Hi,

I actually keep mine filled with water and keep it in the chest freezer that the kegs are in (the chest freezer has a refrigeration regulator on it). I only use the kegs at my house once a month or when people are over, so afterward I immediately flush the lines with water.

Once every 6 months I will fill it with cleaner and fill each line with a cleaning solution and let it sit for an hour. Then I thoroughly rinse each line with water. Because my lines run through the floor from the basement up to the ground floor this make the process incredibly easy.
