Pressurized gas is a key component of any draft beer system. This dependable 5 lb aluminum CO2 air tank provides the right amount of pressure to your gas lines.
Made of high-strength aluminum alloy, this CO2 air tank is lighter than steel and will not rust. Measuring 18 inches tall and 5.25 inches wide, the CO2 cylinder holds up to 5 lbs of CO2, which will last for roughly 5-7 half kegs. When in use, the tank must be fully upright, so do not tilt or lay it on its side.
The body of the canister has a brushed finish, and the dome is unpainted. It comes with a CGA 320 valve. The tank is stamped with the required U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Transport Canada (TC) Markings.
Due to Federal regulations, your aluminum gas tank will be shipped empty. To fill with CO2 before you hook up your draft system, search for gas, fire extinguisher, or welding supply companies in your area.
If you have a multi-tap system, you can buy your 5 lb. CO2 tanks in bulk for extra savings.

5 lbs “aluminum” CO2 tank y
Well, it’s not aluminum - or it’s a different build aluminum because it looks nothing like the 5lb aluminum tank I bought from you in 2019. I was a little disappointed but it’s really no big deal as long as it works.

Great for our Soda Stream!
We bought this tank to hook up to our Soda Stream (because those smaller canisters that come with it are a rip off). With the adapter we also purchased, this system works out perfectly and we can have the tank refilled for $10 at our local gad supply store! The tank is good quality and helps us save money and drink more soda water!

Use for Soda Stream
Works great! Not much to say, I got it for a great price and it works 100% for the soda stream hack I use it for. Got the adaptor from Walmart to attach this tank to my soda stream. Cheaper alternative to the tanks soda stream use.

Quick delivery. The tank seems to be of very good quality, and it even looks great. It is actually a tank that would look good visible, as it has a nice and clean industrial look. When I ordered it, I did kit realize how attractive it woukd be on my counter. I purchased this tank to use with my SodaStream, and it works great (together with a hose with a adapter fitting the SodaStream device). Instead of getting perhaps 60-70 bottles of sparkling water/soda I will now get 350+ bottles for the same refill cost. I will make back the extra hardware cost in 4-5 months. On top. Of that, either the higher pressure or perhaps the better quality of CO2 seems to make the CO2 dissolve better in the water, making a positive difference in the bubbles.I highly recommend this tank for anyone who wants to "hack" their SodaStream.
