Corney Keg Odor
Mechanically the keg functions as designed. The problem is the odor emitted by the upper and lower "rubber" sections. It is a rubberized. sweet putrid, smell. Washing the keg, even soaking it overnight in beer cleaning solution does to eliminate the smell. I have other corney kegs and they do not smell like this.I would not purchase again.
Great keg
Well made corny keg. Weld lines had a few spots of rust but a quick passivization with citric acid fixed that issue in a second.
Strange Size
I should have paid more attention to the size of this particular 5g Cornelius Keg. Standard size is 23" High this one for some reason is 25. It will not fit in most standard size Kegerator's certainly not mine. Other than that quality is good. If you can get by with a 25" high keg go for it otherwise look for the standard 23" size.
A Beery Beery happy kegger!
These kegs dis-assemble for cleaning and sanitization easily and seal perfectly. I have used both kegs I purchased without a problem. I'm a happy kegger!
Outstanding value for the real deal.
This is a really corny keg for a price that beats most other online used kegs! Don't mess with old, sticky valves, buy this new keg and get a fresh start. I couldn't be happier.
