Arrived with issues, developed more quickly.
Initial unit did work. Got a replacement and the fan was bad. Replaced the fan, got the unit working. 6 months later the pump still works, but the unit doesn't chill the glycol. Display just flashes random numbers. Extremely disappointed. Good luck getting service on the unit. The folks in Italy don't seem too keen on responding to emails.

Awesome Chiller!
I needed a glycol chiller for my home bar as I had to run some beer lines a little further than I anticipated. This glycol chiller is the perfect size for what I needed. I didn't receive any instructions with it, but in the day and age of technology, a quick google search and I found the manual for it as well as a manual for the thermostat and was ready to roll in literally no time. I love that the pump can be disconnected at any given time while keeping the rest of the chiller running. I cooled the glycol bath down to about 28 degrees and tested it with a separate thermometer to ensure that the data shown was correct. It was spot on. The chiller is surprisingly pretty quiet for what I was expecting. I can't hear it on the other side of the wall and it's not very loud next to it. The manuals that you will find will demonstrate the maintenance needed for it, I would recommend doing these on their yearly, monthly, and weekly recommendations. It's built really well and really solid. No leaks. I would recommend this chiller to anyone with a home bar.
