It’s easy to make your event better. Just invest in the beer-chilling, two beer capacity, draft-pouring awesomeness of this double faucet jockey box!

Whether you're a camper, setting up for an event, or just want to get a better dispensing system for your next party, this double faucet beer jockey box kit is a big step up from your standard keg.

This 48 quart cooler has a fully-functional draft beer faucet and shank pre-assembled in its side. The two included 50-foot stainless steel jockey box coils should be kept in an ice bath to provide an ultimate refreshing experience with each effortless pour.

This kit includes a durable 48 quart cooler, complete double faucet and shank assembly, two stainless steel dispensing coils (which should be submerged in an ice bath for optimal chilling), a precise two product CO2 regulator, beer and air lines, and two standard US Sankey (D system) keg couplers. Just add a CO2 tank and you’ll be ready to roll.

To use, make an ice bath for the coils of ice cubes and water. Set up your jockey box no more than 10 feet from your ice cold keg. Attach the beer line from the top of the keg coupler to the cooler coupling, and the air line from the outlet barb on the CO2 regulator to other side of the coupler. Adjust the keg regulator to 40-60 PSI based on your setup. Keep both the jockey box coils and cold throughout to avoid foaming (no more than 40° F).

Be sure to wash out your lines and coils after each use, just as you would normally clean your beer lines. Check out our jockey box instructions and tips for more information on completing your setup.

is it assembled? are the holes drilled already?
    blake a on Feb 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes. All the holes are drilled and fittings are installed. All you need to do is screw in the handles and the assigned hoses. However, I was having a foaming issue and realized that they had sent me the wrong size beverage lines. After swapping home out for smaller ones, everything works great. We use this often for festivals
For purposes of a 6 hour party, is this system with salty water/ice? Salt would be added to make ice last more because temperature around can go up to 113° F.
    A shopper on Jan 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You should not use a salt water solution with your jockey box. The salt water will quickly corrode any chrome plated/brass parts and slowly eat away at the stainless steel components. A simple ice water bath will keep the components nice and cold and the cooler should be adequate for the duration of your party. It's always a good idea to have extra ice available. Also important is keeping the keg itself cold to prevent excessive foaming.

Below are some other options if keeping your system cold and working properly in high temperatures is a concern. The Super Cooler is great for keeping your keg cold as it's insulated to minimize ice melt. We also carry YETI jockey boxes which would have no issue keeping the ice and system components cold for a long period of time in high heat.

If ibuy the double faucet cooler but im only going to have 1 keg connected will co2 leak out from the second hose or do i have to buy an adaptor for that?
    Oscar N on Jun 18, 2018
    BEST ANSWER: Oscar,

There is a Air Y fitting with shut offs connected to the regulator. You have the option of turning either on or off with this control. So to answer your question, no your CO2 will not leak out if the non used side is turned off.
